How This Works

You've been chasing outcomes. This system has you chasing who you need to become.
The results follow.

A standard is a non-negotiable daily or weekly behavior that moves you toward who you want to become. Set yours. Show up. The results take care of themselves.

STEP 1
My Standard tab
  • Set your start date — any day works. Your first week runs until Sunday, then every week resets on Monday.
  • Write your North Star — what do you want to be known for?
  • Rename Standards 1, 2, 3 and set when you'll do each
  • Standards 4, 5, 6 are locked — earn them (see below)
STEP 2
Weekly Tracker tab
  • Scroll to your current week
  • Tap a day to mark ✓ when you showed up for that standard
  • Score, percentage, and level calculate automatically
STEP 3
Year View tab
  • Scoreboard only — nothing to input
  • All scores pull automatically from your Weekly Tracker
STEP 4
Sunday Reflection tab
  • Every Sunday — 10 minutes
  • Check Year View first. Answer 3 questions. Erase last week. Write this week.

Standard 4: Score 6/7 on Standards 1–3 for 4 consecutive weeks.
Standard 5: Score 6/7 on Standards 1–4 for 4 more weeks.
Standard 6: Score 6/7 on Standards 1–5 for 4 more weeks.

One at a time. When earned, a notification appears and it unlocks automatically. Tap it on My Standard to name it.

Earning it means you're ready. Adding it early only means you're cheating yourself.
